Senior User Acquisition Manager in Mobile Gaming

The Role

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our mobile gaming team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling mobile games in the post-IDFA era. 

This role requires a deep understanding of the evolving mobile advertising landscape, proficiency in user acquisition strategies, and the ability to adapt to the challenges of privacy-centric marketing. 

This person must be creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and highly driven. They will develop, execute, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing campaign management and insight into the mobile game industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Profitably manage sizable monthly spend through ownership of several key marketing channels such as Google UAC, Meta Ads, ironSource, Vungle, Unity and others
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key advertising platforms and technology partners.
  • Primary point of contact in UA related topics with our partners/clients
  • Support, under manager supervision, in reporting, optimization and UA strategy, and provide data and analysis to manager for budget planning
  • Manage insertion orders and partner legal documentation
  • Strategize and execute user acquisition campaigns. Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive game growth while maintaining efficiency post-IDFA.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand user behavior, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI. Continuously test and learn to identify best practices in a privacy-first advertising environment.
  • Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to ensure alignment of UA strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly changes related to IDFA and privacy regulations, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the creative process for advertising, ensuring that content is engaging, compliant, and optimized for performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key advertising platforms, agencies, and technology partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in user acquisition for mobile games, with specific experience in post-IDFA strategy development and execution.
  • Proven track record of scaling mobile games in a privacy-focused advertising ecosystem with deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, player behavior, and current trends.
  • Experience with Apple’s SKAdNetwork and Google’s Privacy Sandbox initiatives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
  • Familiarity with the latest ad technologies and tools, including DSPs, MMPs, and analytics platforms.
  • Overview of privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and their impact on mobile advertising is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • English language on an advanced level to be able to present in front of audience and reason
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Compensation: from 2,850 EUR on B2B contract with a fixed monthly rate with covered time-offs

The final amount will strongly depend on your seniority, experience and skills.
