Talent Acquisition Lead
The Role

Core areas to cover on this role: 1. Local and international hiring within SuperScale Group, 2. Mentoring other recruiters (currently one person), 3. Process improvement, 4. Recruitment Agency management (including contract negotiations), 5. Employer branding activities: partnership management (student & non profit gaming educational organizations, universities, job fairs), 6. Careers web administration (coop with external agency).

Your responsibilities

  • you will communicate closely with SuperScale’s managers, analyzing, supporting, consulting and realizing their hiring needs locally and internationally
  • you will define role criteria, define position description and conduct job specification
  • it will be up to you what channel and talent research strategy you will apply in order to identify and track prospective candidates
  • you will be responsible for the whole recruitment lifecycle at SuperScale from job desc creation to advertising, direct search – local and global, interviewing, candidate assessment to job offers and negotiations
  • you will find, establish and manage relationships with recruitment suppliers eg. agencies/portals/job ad platforms in Slovakia, UK and others – you should be comfortable dealing with contracts with suppliers internationally
  • you will deal with partnerships management and relating tasks impacting employer branding in Slovakia
  • you will mentor less experienced members of the team, supporting them with prioritization, keeping the momentum and all the data in check, including reporting to the People Operations Director
  • you will seek synergies across the organization, improving or creating processes relating to your area of expertise
  • you will be responsible for the operations of SuperScale Careers web, closely cooperating with external web agency
  • Requirements

  • Bc. degree and at least 4 years of experience with recruiting IT talent locally and internationally – we expect you to already have experience from internal HR/talent acq., preferably from a tech/e-commerce area. Experience purely from recruitment agencies is not sufficient.
  • proficiency in core recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn and knowledge of various job portals
  • you should have a deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
  • time management and prioritization should be a piece of cake for you
  • ability to share your knowledge with others, mentoring and leadership traits
  • you should have excellent analytical skills, be a quick learner and have ability to look for the information/educate yourself proactively
  • good negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • integrity and confidentiality
  • English language on active level (C1)
