ESG POLICY


SuperScale has incorporated ESG standards according to ISDA standards considerations in daily operations. We are convinced that our engagement in ESG related matters is a prerequisite for a sustainable long-term operation improving the performance and attractiveness of our group and reducing our overall exposure to risk.


We believe that investing in improving the world is such an urgent imperative that we have established a sustainable investing strategy focused on companies and consumers that will both benefit from and contribute to the rapid evolution of sustainable technologies.


Customer Privacy and Data Security 


We have adopted comprehensive internal data protection and security policies and operations to ensure the protection of our customers and “their customers” personal data in accordance with the GDPR, CCPA, and cybersecurity principles. We have implemented IT security management; Data breach management and we perform regular audits of the protection of personal data. We are constantly working on improving security measures according to last standards and customer´s feedback and we perform regular training on data protection matters for our staff.


Environmental Impact


We seek to comply with current environmental standards and work to minimise the impact of our business on the environment by:


  • Reducing waste going to landfill by providing in-office recycling facilities for office waste;
  • Using FSC-certified paper where possible;
  • Preferring devices with an emphasis on eco-friendly materials;
  • Using energy efficient off-site servers where practicable; and
  • Encouraging our staff to reduce energy consumption within the office environment.

Implementation of the ESG Policy


Participation and active engagement at all levels of the SuperScale group are of great importance to ensure ownership of ESG by all staff. In order to address and monitor our key ESG issues SuperScale has implemented, a number of ESG initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be reported to the Board on an annual basis. As a minimum, SuperScale endeavours to maintain compliance with legislative requirements. This ESG Policy shall be review and updated at least annually.
