How do you deal with whales in LTV calculations and predictions? From a statistical point of view, they are extreme cases or outliers. Do you recommend including them in the calculations even though they significantly distort the result? What do you suggest when 50% of revenue comes from whales?

Hi! I want to ask, what is the recommended definition of a 'user' specifically for attribution and ROAS calculations? We use our internal account ID which can be used across multiple devices so counting as 1 user (ie: if you login to the same account on an iPhone + iPad). Stephen
