In relation to any issues related to cookies you may contact us directly:

This Cookie Policy is primarily intended for visitors of our websites as it provides information on how we use cookies and similar tools in connection with the use of www.superscale.com and our social media fan pages. This Cookie Policy supplements and specifies our Privacy Policy.

You as the data subject have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal. At the same time, for reasons related to your specific situation, you have the right to object to processing of personal data carried out on:

  • Legal ground of the legitimate interests; and
  • Purposes of the direct marketing

Including related profiling. Such objection has the same effect as the withdrawal of consent with cookies.

Cookies on the current superscale.com (updated 10 July 2026)

The current version of www.superscale.com takes a consent-first approach: no analytics cookies are set unless you accept them in the cookie banner.

  • Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Until you give consent, measurement runs in cookieless mode — Google receives only aggregated, non-identifying signals, and no analytics cookies or persistent identifiers are stored on your device.
  • If you click “Accept”, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (expiry: up to 2 years; provider: Google LLC, United States). They distinguish visitors and let us measure, in aggregate, how the site is used — pages visited, sessions, and conversions such as submitting the contact form.
  • Your choice itself is remembered on your device in the browser's local storage (key ss_cookie_consent) so we don't ask again on every visit. It stays until you change it or clear your browser data.
  • Changing your mind: click “Cookie settings” in the website footer at any time — it re-opens the banner so you can decide again. If you decline, the Google Analytics cookies previously set by this site are removed.

Details of Google's processing are available in Google's Privacy Policy. Transfers to the United States are safeguarded by Google's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses. The inventory in section 3 below lists cookies that have been used across SuperScale websites and integrated third-party services over time; the current www.superscale.com sets only the cookies described in this section.

1. What types of cookies do we process?

Cookies are files that are stored on your mobile device or internet browser used by your device when browsing our website and send us information about your activity. 4. How to revoke your consent to cookies?

Through the interaction with "Manage cookies", you will see the cookies bar again, in which you only need to change your original preference to disagreement with one click. The setting changes take effect immediately. You can also revoke your consent by making a request sent to gdpr@superscale.com, but this process is not immediate or automatic. We therefore recommend that you change the settings directly on the website as described above.

5. How to prevent cookies from being stored on your device?

If you do not give your consent through our cookie bar, those cookies will not be stored on your device. Disabled analytics and advertisement cookies have no impact on the functionality of the website. You can delete all types of cookies at any time through your internet browser's settings, but if you delete the necessary cookies, some settings and functions of our website may not work optimally.

In relation to specific analytics and advertisement cookies of third parties, it is also possible to use "opt-out" mechanisms:

Google Analytics

By installing the add-on in your internet browser, you will prevent the storage of cookies from the Google Analytics service. The add-on is available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Google and many other third parties involved in personalized behavioural advertising

If you do not want to display personalized ads, you can use the initiative youronlinechoices.com. By controlling preferences you can disable multiple cookies. Turning them off does not mean ads will stop — they just won't be based on your behaviour.

Facebook (Meta)

If you have your own Facebook account, you can use the cookie management controls integrated directly into the social network, available at facebook.com/settings/cookie.

Browser settings

You can also delete cookies via your browser settings:

If you want to increase your protection against unauthorized monitoring through cookies (especially third parties), use the "Do Not Track" function (or Blocking third-party cookies) according to your browser.

6. Do we transfer your data to third countries outside the EU / EEA?

Yes, but only in necessary and minimal extent. Some of our suppliers, which we use when using cookies, have their registered office or their other group companies established in the United States of America, which are generally considered to be a third country that does not guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection. In many cases, the data may not physically leave servers located in the EU, but processing due to the supplier's location may be subject to the law of a third country. We carry out these cross-border transfers only in strict accordance with the law (in particular the GDPR) and only if sufficient risk mitigation measures and safeguards are taken (Schrems II — Case C-311/18).

7. Is the storage of cookies on my device a contractual or legal requirement?

The provision of any type of cookies we process is not a legal requirement and therefore their non-provision has no negative consequences with legal significance for you.

However, the processing of necessary and functional cookies can be considered necessary for the provision of the digital services you are interested in during visit and usage of our website. Non-provision of such cookies may have certain effects on your experience and proper working of website functionalities. Basic website functionalities will always work but the consequence may worsen your comfort and optimal configuration of settings stemming from your preferences and past choices.

In the case of all other types of cookies (e.g. analytics or advertisement), their provision is exclusively voluntary and is governed by the granting or non-granting of your consent. Failure to give consent has no negative consequences for you.

8. How do we use cookies when managing our profiles on social networks?

Simple links are available on our website which allow connection between our website and our profiles on social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). In these cases, these are not active plug-ins that would cause data processing requiring consent of logged-in or non-logged-in users.

However, in the case of interaction with icons depicting individual social networks, the social network provider may process cookies and personal data, on which we do not have control or influence. SuperScale is not responsible for the use of cookies by the social network provider for its own purposes. For more information:

On our profiles on social networks, we may process your personal data and cookies for analytical and statistical purposes together with the relevant social network providers as joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR:

For further information see our Privacy Policy.

9. Do we use third-party plug-ins, SDKs or surveillance pixels?

No, we don't use such technologies.
