Each game is its own data ecosystem. You pay for what you actually run on SuperPlatform — no charge for games that aren't on the platform.
What's a typical onboarding timeline?
Days, not months. SuperPlatform connects via no-SDK integrations to ad networks, MMPs, app stores, and your data warehouse — there's nothing to embed in your game.
What contract terms do you offer?
Monthly or annual on Growth; annual on Enterprise. UA Creative and UA Management bill on a rolling basis tied to your spend.
Can I add UA Creative or UA Management later?
Yes. Both add-ons plug into your existing SuperPlatform tier whenever you're ready — no migration, no replatform.
What's the difference between the Standard SuperAI Skills in Growth and the UA Management add-on?
Standard SuperAI Skills are tools you operate from SuperPlatform — UA Optimisation, Reporting, Creative Performance, and more. UA Management is our publishing team operating SuperAI on your behalf, end-to-end across networks. Same engine; different question of who's at the wheel.
What about data security and compliance?
DPAs available on request. Service-account access scoped per integration — read-only on your live systems. Audit logging available on Enterprise.
What data do I need to provide?
Read access to ad-network reporting, MMP, app-store consoles, and any internal data warehouse you want to bring in. We never ask for write access to anything live.
Can I use SuperMedia without SuperPlatform?
Yes. SuperMedia is a standalone contractual access layer — you can route media through us even if your data and execution sit elsewhere. Most customers run all three layers together, but it isn't required.
