Delivered at Casual Connect Europe 2019 – Scaling a mobile game effectively is not a small feat in today’s hyper-competitive environment. This talk showcases our data-driven model of LiveOps offers personalization which was implemented into the mobile game Hill Climb Racing 2. After several months of this implementation, true LTV uplift was up 52%. Discussed first was our approach to user segmentation and personalization and from there, the results and lessons learned from the project.
