Hi! I want to ask, what is the recommended definition of a ‘user’ specifically for attribution and ROAS calculations? We use our internal account ID which can be used across multiple devices so counting as 1 user (ie: if you login to the same account on an iPhone + iPad). Stephen
Hi Stephen! We can confirm, that you are on a good path.
You are following best practices right now, because from UA perspective – you would like to calculate most precisely what your UA ROI is. If someone plays on multiple devices, then revenue coming from both devices should be taken into account and specific campaigns should take credit for that.
